Delighted with the flowers & delivery however a little disappointed with the chocolates which were delivered. I understand that they may have not been as shown but expected at least some sort of milk & dark selection & what was delivered was salted caramel truffles. These unfortunately would not be everyone's taste where at least with some sort of selection you have a choice.

Delivered on time (next day delivery) but not the mixture of flowers and colours that I had expected from the photos. I understand that different flowers may come in and out of season but I had selected this bouquet for the colourful mixture and whilst it is nice it was a little disappointing as I had expected more colour

Unfortunately the name was spelt wrong. I was sent a picture of the flowers with the personal message and i could see that the name was spelt wrong so i went back and checked my instructions to see if it was my mistake and it wasn't . It wasn't even just one letter. On the other hand the flowers looked fresh and delivery was speedy. Shame about the spelling
